40 days meditation for emotional balance and handling stress.

If you want to learn how to navigate your emotions and use the experience of stress as an opportunity to build mental strength, stamina and confidence, this meditation is for you.

This programme is not for you if doubt the benefits of meditation.

This practice will support you to build the ability to watch yourself from the witness perspective, moving thoughts and emotions from negative and positive minds to the neutral mind, who is the one that assesss and makes decision in alignment with your soul.

You need only 15 minutes per day, for 40 days to realize that you are in charge!

We meet every day at 6:45 AM to practice group meditation. You need a phone/laptop with internet access, headphones and the will to wake up in the morning with the purpose to meet yourself. You can be anywere and you don’t even need to turn your camera on if you don’t feel so.

Recording of the practice will be sent, in case you miss one morning, you can practice later when time is available for you.

We do the same meditation the entire period so you gain stability and confidence. We use the mantra, breath and mudra to support the mind to focus. You do not need experience in meditation! We start on 14th of January and we finish on 22nd of February.

40days are needed to install the programme of daily practice, and I will support you the entire way. Supported by the 7 years of yoga experience, the graduation of 3 yoga schools and with humblness in my heart, I will guide you with gentleness and determination through the entire process, supporting you all the way through.
Your contribution is 210 RON – one time payment before the practice starts. You will gain access to a private whatsapp group and the opportunity to get answers to all your yoga related questions. 90% of your contribution will support me to finish the level 2 of Kundalini Yoga teacher training and 10% of the amount will be dontated to charity.
