Private sessions are for:
- persons that want to approach specific topics: physical ailments, family situations, personal conflicts etc,
- beginners, who don’t know from where to start,
- intermediate, who need guidence to cross over blockages or to develop own personal practice,
- persons that want to have privacy in their practice,
- persons that want to work at a specific time and location,
- persons that need the entire atention of the teacher.
My practice, experience and certification in both Hatha and Kundalini yoga allow me to create personalized sessions that serve your needs and intentions. The private sessions can include: physical and breath exercices, meditation kriya, guided meditation, yoga nidra & relaxation, soundhealing, yoga therapy etc.
In private, I can adjust the physical and breath exercices to your body specifics, so you can release tensions and pains, gain mobility of joints, release emotional stress and anxiety, and attend a state of opennes for more advance practices.
In meditation kriyas or in guided meditation we can work on gaining self confidence, healing emotional wounds, realize patterns of behavior and work on them, or work on specifc topics like: abundance, public speaking, relationships, addictions etc.
Yoga nidra and relaxation techniques prepare you to work on your more subtle aspects, by moving attention from outside world to your inner world, preparing yourself for meditation, increasing quality of sleep, removing insomnia and strengthen the capacity to build healthy habits and make decisions in alignmen with your soul.
We can work with soundhealing and yoga as therapies to support your healing process, in physical body as well as in your mental and energy bodies.
Studios available are located in Pta Rosetti – Sperantei Studio, with possiblity to choose another studio at your personal request.
