The experience of Kundalini Yoga classes in the comfort of your own space, with the opportunity to attend the classes live or to practice on your own time using the provided recording.

Kundalini Yoga is a great technology that gives us the tools to access our infinit potential energy to live life with joy and fulfilment.

The 4 pillars of online Kundalini Yoga classes I am providing are:

  • Physical Kriyas (set of exercises) – meant to work with the body, to help you relax, release tension and build resistance, optimizing the state of health and enhance the relationship you have with your own body. Because the body talks to you and you need to understands his language in order to have a healthy and longevive life.
  • Pranayama (breath techniques) – meant to increase the awareness of the relationship between your mental and emotional state, energy levels and quality of your breath.
  • Meditation Kriyas (meditation techniques) – meant to support you to tap into your inner space, be aware of your mental and emotional state, to exercise being the witness of your inner processes, detach yourself from the subjectivity of your own mind and raise above it so you can access higher levels of consciousness, connecting to that inner true essence (Satnam).
  • Mantra chanting as a tool to soothe the nervous system, to clean and enhance your aura, to create stillness in the mind and body, to akwnoledge your circular patterns and break them with awareness .

We are spiritual beings born on planet Earth for a human experience, we are here to learn to unlearn. The best and only way to gain wisdom is through experience.

Topics

  • Emotional awareness. We all experience times where we feel overwhelmed. Emotions are not here to just be released, they are there to be aknowledged, contained, researched and then released. Emotions are the signals you receive in order to elevate yourself. Emotions are the ways your consciousness alerts you that you must act with awareness. During our three months journey we will practice dedicated kriyas that will allow us to work with our emotions, understand their messages and causes, allow the space for manifestation and prepare for making the cycle complete through conscious letting go.
  • Stress and vitality. Kundalini yoga gives us powerful tools to deal with stress, to keep body young and mind fresh, to understand what drains us of energy, how to increase vitality and stamina, to feel vigourous and energic to live life with joy and fulfillment.
  • Mind and meditation. Explore and understand this magnific gift our creator gave us: the mind. Kundalini yoga provides us with meditations to make our mind our partner and not our enemy, to make the switch from being led by our mind to make the mind serve our soul, for a peaceful, meaningful and fulfiled life.
