The paradox of current times is that with the help of technology everything is done quickly and with minimum effort, however the things we complain the most is not having enough time.
Kundalini yoga was created so precise and efficient that it stimulates the glandular system so we can keep high standard of life, and it supports us to produces within only a few minutes of kundalini yoga the energy needed to support our all daily activities with ease and no rush.
The basic functions of the glandular system are to monitor the status of the body and to produce hormones to respond to both internal and external environmental changes, to balance and maintain homeostasis, to perpetuate the cycles and rhythms of life.
A balanced glandular system supports the state of well-being and influences the entire being from mood to energy level and stamina.
